Talbot H. Gee - CEO

With a successful track record in leading and nurturing numerous professional trade associations, Mr. Gee applies his keen sense of strategic focus in support of TMA's client organizations. He is adept at assisting organizations in applying their strengths and competencies to address future opportunities. Mr. Gee currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) as well as their Institute for Distribution Excellence and the NAW Executives Council.

Joseph M. Thompson, M.Ed. - Founder & Consulting Manager

Joseph Thompson applies his forty years of executive leadership experience and his services as a strategic planning consultant to empower and strengthen TMA's client associations. He is a past chair and current member of the Executives Council of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) and a board member of NAW's Institute for Distribution Excellence. He is also a member of: the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE); the Advisory Board of Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI); and, the Council of Manufacturing Associations of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).

Kristin B. Thompson - Founder & CFO

Kristin Thompson brings a wealth of experience in business management, financial development, campaign manangement, conference and meeting development and editorial and writing skills to meet the needs of client associations. She also serves as a member of the Executives Council of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW), the Advisory Board of Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) and the Council of Manufacturing Associations of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).

Molly A. Mullins - COO & Senior Account Executive

Ms. Mullins applies her extensive management and leadership experience as TMA's Chief Operating Officer, guiding and supporting TMA's professional associates, while serving as staff executive for three client associations. She is a member of the Executives Council of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW), the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE); and, the Council of Manufacturing Associations of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).

Jessica Forte - Account Executive & Conference Director

Ms. Forte serves as the Executive Director of a long-standing educational alliance of industry trade associations, which TMA helped to found in 1991, as well as Director of the University of Innovative Distribution, managed by TMA since its inception in 1994. She also serves as TMA's Conference Director, managing numerous events, conventions and meetings throughout the U.S. and Canada. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE)

Deborah Mitchell - Account Executive

Ms. Mitchell brings an outstanding background in corporate education and training to provide executive leadership for one of TMA's client associations and serves as director of a prominent industry safety certification program which TMA designed to strengthen one of its long-standing trade association clients.

Amy Luckado - Account Executive & Membership Director

Ms. Luckado has successfully served TMA's client associations for over fourteen years. Throughout her tenure, her key responsibilities have included membership services and development, program management, communications and information technology support, all delivered with a personal committment to meeting the needs of members, coupled with a dedication to enabling volunteer engagement. Ms. Luckado is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and serves on the steering committee of the Industrial Careers Pathway program (ICP).

Vincent Petrella - Account Executive

As a veteran maritime sales executive, Mr. Petrella provides expert leadership in support of yacht sales professionals serving clients worldwide. He was instrumental in helping TMA to create the industry's professional standards and certification program, recognized throughout North America.
